For all Those that Teach

Regarding the discovery of using intellect with observation. To see is not to look. It is the challenge of seeing, learning and passing forward the experience that lands one in the driver's seat. To challenge the distance with far sight is not accomplished with accidental actions. Revealing for others an observation without complication forces distillation of circumstances and recovery of the elements that bring enlightenment.
To use an encyclopedic mind for teaching is not advantageous to many, as the facts explode to tie together the teachers direction, many will be lost in the crossfire. Seeking simplicity may lose those that want substance. So what is the gift of delivery? Where do the students stand in awe and want to see more? It is always in the landscaping of direction that will have fewer stragglers. To place buds of knowledge within the view of the solid growth created from previous education secures not only those ready for leaping ahead, but also plants the intrigue in those that are stepping forward with duty. Not all are equipped for leaping strides without involvement in the small interactions that provide the winding path that holds interest and allows the mind to acquire a dignity of the learning curve. This same winding path will supply interests that the ones wanting to leap ahead will find intrigue in investigation with depth. The balance is quintessential for the broad spectrum of students learning not only in basic curriculum of the younger years, but also those continuing education to broaden an appreciation of information to rise to a conclusion in life when taking a stand becomes a valid challenge.
For it is when those that observe step forward to be the exemplar that the opportunity to lead others forward has a well placed format to proceed.
